The quilt festival was held October 3-5, 2003 at Sailwinds Park in Cambridge, Maryland. It celebrated many forms of traditional textile arts as practiced in Dorchester County. The quilts range from family heirlooms to ones made by modern techniques. Other exhibits featured knitting, crochet and candle wicking.

- 12 Days Of Christmas
- This quilt was made using Block appliqué, and was hand appliquéd, machine pieced and quilted. This was the Block of the month quilt the owner's VA guild did together in 1996. This quilt was made and lent by Jeannine Hook.

- This quilt was made using watercolor technique and was machine pieced and quilted in 2003. Made and lent by Janice Ewell.

- Album Block Quilt
- This quilt was hand and machine pieced, and tied. This was made by owner's great-grandmother, Anna Jane Davis Harrison, around 1890. This quilt was lent by Marcia Cada.

- Album Quilt
- This quilt was made in 1970 for Virginia Jenkins' wedding by her mother Jane Lyman White. Each square represents a special interest or event in the owner's life. This quilt was lent by Virginia Jenkins.

- Alphabet
- The top of this quilt was done by Ryda Phillips, mother of the quilter, over 80 years ago. The quilt was hand stitched. This quilt was made and lent by Lula Mills.

- Appliquéd Tulip
- This quilt was hand appliquéd and quilted by the Samplers Quilt Guild as a raffle prize at the Dorchester Arts Center Showcase in 1998. The quilt was lent by the winner, Helen Davies.

- Appliquéd Fishes Quilt
- This quilt was hand appliquéd and quilted with embroidery by the owner's grandmother, Emma Grafenstein Waldron, around 1941. This quilt was lent by Marcia Cada.

- Machine
pieced and quilted. School house block was a challenge. "Echo" quilting
(Hawaiian style) was done around hearts. Made in 1997 by Jeannine Hook.

- Beach Blanket
- This quilt was made from coats, and backed with curtain material. It has seen many summers
and been used to wrap and move furniture. This quilt was made by Almeda Brittain
and lent by Mildred Lasick.

- Bear Foot
- This quilt was pieced and quilted
by hand, and was made for warmth in place of blankets by Mary Jane Moore in 1904.

- Best Wishes Chicken
- This quilt was made by
the Seven Sisters Quilt Guild, for the owner who had operated a chicken farm
and who was recovering from chemotherapy in 2001. This quilt was lent by Mr. Bill Handley.

- Bicentennial Celebration
- This quilt was raffled off by a local group during Bicentennial festivities. This quilt was made by Doris Molock in 1973 and lent by Mary Ruth Brotemarkle.
